Contact HeadcanonLab any time. If you have questions, feedback, suggestions or ideas about our headcanon generators, we would love to hear from you — we read everything that arrives.

For all enquiries, email info@headcanonlab.xyz. There is no contact form to fight with — just write to us directly.
Things people write to us about:
Please include clear details in your message — which tool you were using and what you expected to happen — so we can actually help rather than asking three follow-up questions.

We aim to reply to every email as quickly as we can, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
What happens next:
HeadcanonLab is a small creative project, not a support desk — but every message genuinely gets read, and a good chunk of what is on the site exists because someone emailed to ask for it.
There is no ticketing system and no support team behind that address — it is a small project run by one person, so replies are written rather than templated. That is slower than a helpdesk but it does mean a real answer, and it is why a clear first message saves everybody a round trip.

Generators break in small, specific ways — a button that does nothing on mobile, an output that repeats, a page that will not load on one browser.
A useful report tells us:
Screenshots help enormously. Most bugs that get reported with a URL and a browser name are fixed the same week; ones reported as “the site is broken” usually are not, because we cannot reproduce them.

A good part of the toolkit exists because somebody emailed asking for it. If there is a tool you keep wishing existed, describe it.
The ones that get built are usually specific — a generator for a particular kind of prompt, not “something for writers”. Tell us what you would type into it and what you would want back, and it goes on the list. You can see what is already there in the toolkit.
Requests that arrive more than once tend to get built first, so if you have seen someone else ask for the same thing, say so. Suggestions that need an account system, paid tiers or user-generated storage are unlikely to happen — keeping every tool free and signup-free is the constraint everything else is designed around.

Not every message is about a tool. Some enquiries have a better route than the general inbox, so before you contact HeadcanonLab it is worth checking which of these fits.
